We've launched a new venture for our teenagers known as 'Random Acts of Saintliness'. We want to see our
youngsters grow up to be kind, caring people, who think of others and put their faith into action.
|
| One of the ways we are encouraging this is for them to perform a task each week which
benefits someone else. Sometimes it is as simple as sending someone a text which says something
positive about them, but it has also included amongst other things, taking bunches of flowers to the
elderly, washing cars in aid of Shelter and making a meal for a friend. We even bought a McDonalds for
a stranger once! (though we appreciate some may not see this as a kindness, teenagers do!)
